Training and career development

AGS is a pioneer in the removals industry and our service excellence depends on the expertise of our personnel.

Investments in training employees, both locally and at head office, is an important part of the company’s future.

Removals industry training

Staff internships are arranged within the company to train employees in all aspects of the job.

AGS has also employed the greatest number of graduates from the FIDI academy.

Over the last 3 years, sixty staff members have received the FIDI diploma, and we register about twenty employees each year.

The FIDI diploma is our industry’s official accreditation, which is a guarantee that our staff can provide the best service.

Local training

We recruit and train local workers in all 83 countries where we are currently based, thus bringing capital, wages and industry know-how to the workforce.

Administrative training

We have arranged 3 internal computer training sessions per year.

Two sessions are arranged for our sales representatives, and one for our accountants and managers.

Finally, packing and loading training is arranged at all our subsidiaries.
